Guillermo Cisneros Finck serves as ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ's Chief Audit Executive (CAE), with over 30 years of experience in the Audit, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance fields. Known for his exceptional leadership and strategic insights, Cisneros oversees the company's independent audit function and is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance, mitigating risks, and driving operational efficiency across the company. Â
In July 2020, following the acquisition of First Data, Cisneros joined ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµâ€™s Corporate Audit Services group to lead audit programs across Business Operations, Finance, and Shared Services. After two years, he transitioned to lead the Cybersecurity and Technology audit portfolio. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at First Data, where he served as Head of Revenue Assurance, Billing, and Reconciliation.
Before First Data, Cisneros was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase Asset Management and held various positions including Head of Controls for Borrower Assistance, where he oversaw controls around loan modifications within the Mortgage Bank and led initiatives focused on process optimization.
From 2006 to 2010, Cisneros worked at Fannie Mae as Vice President and Head of Operational Accounting for Single-Family, overseeing transactions for 18 million loans. He also served as Director in the Controls PMO offices. Prior to that, he joined MCI WorldCom, working on financial controls and process analysis during the company’s emergence from bankruptcy prior to its acquisition by Verizon and he then spent time at Navigant Consulting.
Cisneros was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting with honors before beginning his professional career at KPMG. In 2002, Cisneros and his wife relocated to the United States, where he earned his MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.Â
